- The order includes shipping, delivery, and setup as a copy machine.
- Magnum technicians are available remotely to assist in the Scan/Print setup.
- To activate the monthly maintenance plan, the Xerox Device Agent software will need to be installed on any Windows PC/Server ( not compatible with Macs) that is on the same network as the Xerox copier.
Delivery Information
- Please verify all the information provided above with your sales representative at the time of adding your initials below. Given that the unit exceeds 200 pounds, it necessitates special handling and delivery arrangements. - Any modifications to the details provided above before delivery could result in delays in receiving your delivery.
* The delivery team is responsible for delivering the copier and confirming its capability to produce successful copies.
** The delivery team WILL NOT provide assistance with integrating the machine into your network for printing or scanning purposes. For more information on setup procedures, please consult the setup documentation.
Other Information.
- On your first lease invoice from ${Quotes.Leasing Company}, you will see a $125 setup fee. This is the leasing companies fee to filing the necessary legal paperwork with the government.
- If you see an "equipment charge" on your lease invoices, this is because the leasing company does not have your insurance documentation covering the copy machine on file. For assistance with providing a copy of your insurance to them, please call our office at 800.893.1183.
Monthly Billing Explained
- The leasing company will invoice monthly for the equipment lease with taxes. This lease amount is fixed through-out the term of the lease.
- USA Magnum will invoice monthly for the Xerox Maintenance Plan. This total amount due each month is calculated by the reported meter reads.
Setup Information
- Self-installation can be straightforwardly accomplished by customers using the self-start guides, which your sales representative will supply after delivery.
- Should you require assistance, our setup team is on hand to help with the network configuration of your Xerox device for printing and scanning remotely.
- For advanced configuration needs, our setup team is also ready to provide remote support to any IT department/company following the successful activation of the Xerox Maintenance Plan.
Xerox Monthly Maintenance Plan
- Under the maintenance agreement, USA Magnum commits to maintaining specified equipment during standard business hours, covering labor, parts, and toners (excluding paper) with services requested via phone, email, or software, ensuring same or next business day responses, and providing toner within 3-5 days without shipping charges; the agreement allows for cancellation with a 60-day notice, and requires clients to use automatic meter reading software. Exclusions include repairs from non-standard use, modifications, software support, and unauthorized equipment relocation, with Magnum not liable for indirect damages such as data loss or lost profits.
